I came back to the store to ask for exchange, and the manager blamed my feet as it is the first time I’m buying shoes, apparently it looks like the one shoe is 9 and one is 9 and half. That pakistani manager blamed my feet for no reason. Just avoid buying from USC where there are asians working, they will try their best to put the blame on you instead of accepting that one shoe was really big. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2018-12-26* This app has come pretty far from where it originally was but there’s still so many bugs that needed fixing and just need to be reviewed again. In a time where everything is done online I can’t believe you guys ain’t sorted these problems out. When scrolling you could have gone through hundreds of products before you click into one and going back your always at the top of this list again. I’ve been through this so many times and I have to keep scrolling until I get to the product I was looking at. At a certain point I get fed up and just close the app Also click on any item in the wish list and going back gives you an over view of the product for some reason And finally the wish list is hard to operate, we need more functions that allow you to edit sizes there It’s such a shame as the products and great but there’s something that’s always letting it down ### 3/5 — Fair prices *2022-11-14, version 4.3.6* Good prices but your are charged for every delivery and every return which is poor practice ### 3/5 — Good service but standard £5 delivery cost is off-putting *2018-08-18* I buy from USC occasionally but only after researching all other clothing sites as I often find I can purchase the same garment at a similar price without having to pay a £4.99 delivery cost. Order lost in transit. Offer to replace and taken up but some items out of stock. Had to ask for refund of item and also refund on the “next day delivery.
