Daraufhin wurden mir 49,99 € abgebucht und das sollte monatlich geschehen. Nach Einschaltung des Kundendienst von PDF Guru konnte ich das niemals, schon gar nicht zu diesem Preis, abgeschlossene „Abo“ dann für die nächsten Monate kündigen. Daraufhin habe ich PayPal eingeschaltet, die mir aber auch nicht helfen konnten, da PDF Guru weiterhin behauptet, ich hätte ein Abo abgeschlossen. **Developer response:** Hi, Rita1689! J’ai été piégée par un abonnement non clairement indiqué. On vous fait payer une petite somme au départ, puis vous êtes automatiquement prélevé(e) de 49,99 € sans explication claire. J’ai résilié immédiatement et contacté le service client, mais ils refusent tout remboursement en invoquant leurs “conditions”, ce qui est totalement abusif. Pratiques très douteuses et clairement malhonnêtes. Je déconseille fortement cette application.
