Can’t wait until contract is expired. Back to Verizon for me folks! ### 3/5 — Not a recomendable company *2026-06-19, version 2.23.0* They tricked me to get this family plan with all this accessories included right before a trip to Italy.. come back from the trip of two weeks and found out a bill of almost 1,000 dollars because the contract guy forgot to set the plan of one phone that wasn’t even working in Italy.. they say they’ll look in to it but never did so I ended up paying that money.. they say my bill was gonna be 80 dollars less then what I been paying on the last year. I ended up being charged double my bill to get service back and than my bill has been $100 more every month after that. Customer service promised to fix the issue and has yet to do so.
