Can only purchase one thing at a time ### 2/5 — App Has Had Trouble Lately *2026-06-26, version 6.4.1* It worked as intended for a while. Now when I log in, I can only get through about 1/3 of the time. 2/3 of the time I get stuck at the loading icon page and have to close the app. Please fix this as my solution is to just not use the app at the moment ### 2/5 — Needs to add cash *2026-06-12, version 6.4.0* I use a kiosk at work and want to load cash entered into the system and can’t do that through the app. I thought by creating the account you can scan a QR code to let the kiosk register your account and then load cash on your app, but nope. Says I have to a have US connect card. My company routinely runs out of cards and forces me to use a credit card instead. It’s not just one machine either I’ve tried multiple others and it does not work. I use to be able to delete the app and then try again and it would go through but now even that does not work. It’s literally a black screen and despite granting access, and reinstalling the app, it still doesn’t work. I tried to find the app support and it leads me to a page that doesn’t exist. I want a refund on my credit or have them fix the issue. ### 2/5 — Minimal rewarding app *2025-08-25, version 6.1.0* This app is without a doubt a very cheap app made to reward those who hope to save and earn rewards. In order to get a $25 credit voucher you have to earn 5000 points which done by spending $1000. If you try to redeem for lower credits you’re actually losing out on being rewarded. The promotions don’t work at all. Multiple times I tried to make use of the in-app coupons and never got a discount. For example, 2 for $3 3Musketeers bar will never be applied and you end up paying $6.30. ### 1/5 — doesn't work when paying at vending machines machines *2025-06-13, version 6.0.1* I signed up and added $10, but when trying to use the app at multiple vending machines I kept getting the same error message "card not supported. Try another card." You earn points, discounts, and product promotions. Also, 1.5% of your purchases goes to a charity that you can choose on the app. The promotions are a little confusing at first but I asked one the representatives from USConnect and they informed me that you’ll pay the full price of the items but will be credited back the promotion within 48hours. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled, still it didn’t work. Luckily for us, that’s no longer an issue! Some little birdie must have told them all about it. It didn’t take very long either. Great work everybody. Thank you for making it happen! Original: November, 2024 I appreciate the thoughtfulness behind this app and so far it has been a good experience. I was just able to redeem a 10$ credit successfully so you can color me happy. It’s nice to know they reward you for splurging in the snack shop. In the odd event I want to treat myself at work, this has come in handy. Every bit adds up. Since I’m from a small location, a lot of the items are just not stocked to be able to benefit from the promotions they have going. As for ApplePay feature it still needs work because when I try to reload it from the app it doesn’t go through. It’s no trouble to do it at a Kiosk but it would be nice to have to skip that.
