Really horrible app. Not user friendly and buggy. Tones of glitches and crashes. Sometimes, I’m unable to see my balances at all and a yellow exclamation point shows up instead. If I hadn’t just switched banks, I would switch again simply for how horrible the app is. Especially since the Cha Ching Checking account requires you to use the app once a month.

Seems like an ok app so far. Deposits are fine and things are clear. It does what it needs to do without issue (so far). The only thing I do not like about this is that I can’t make my own alerts. In order to do it, it requires you to name the transaction. I want to know all translations coming to and from my card, not from one specific company/spending time to list them all. That makes no sense. This is a major issue for me and the moment the Cha Ching interest rate goes down, I will instantly move my savings out of this account.
