Je déconseille cette IA qui ne ressemble en aucun cas au réponse des IA classiques

Service lent, peu intuitif et fortement limité, même avec un abonnement payant. Les crédits sont insuffisants et les conditions des offres longues manquent de transparence.

Une fois engagée, impossible de revenir en arrière ou d’obtenir un remboursement, même si le service ne convient pas. Une expérience frustrante et décevante. Je déconseille fortement Use AI.

Not worth the money at all. It feels like a collection of free AI tools bundled together and then charged at £30 per month.

The £1 trial goes by incredibly quickly, and before you know it, the £30 subscription has been taken. On top of that, you only seem to get around 2 to 5 images per day, which is very poor value considering that some free AI services offer more.

Overall, I found the app overpriced and very disappointing.

On the trial: its length and the renewal price are shown before purchase, and the subscription can be cancelled any time before the renewal date.

On image limits: they're daily and reset the next day, and they differ by model - the top image models have tighter limits because each generation carries a real cost on the provider's side. Lighter models allow considerably more per day.

Took 29.99 pounds from my account for generating one photo. I wanted a reversal of the amount a day after the deadline for cancellation of the monthly subscription, they declined. I raised a dispute with my bank and they still declined.
Do not subscribe to them; horrible customer support as well.
I did contact the help team by the way, they did not help at all!

Oh, they are not better than the cheaper subscriptions as well, don’t waste your money.

Over the last few updates, this app has transformed from a backup tool into my primary way to use the service. For a long time, the mobile experience was hampered by a frustrating bug where images simply wouldn't render. I’d often see blank placeholders or infinite loading icons, forcing me to switch over to the web version whenever I needed to actually see my files or media.
It was a stark contrast because the web version was always snappy and reliable, while the app felt like it was missing its core functionality. However, the development team clearly listened to the feedback! Since this recent patch, the image rendering is flawless. Photos and graphics load instantly, and the UI feels significantly more responsive.
I’m now incredibly happy with the performance. The convenience of having the full experience right in my pocket. Im very thankful I have the subscription!

Got the free trail it can only make 5 images and that’s it for £30 is ridiculous should be able to make unlimited photos not 5

Use.ai is complete waste of money. The AI was mediocre, the usage limits were frustrating, and the whole experience left me feeling ripped off. Customer support wasn’t helpful, and after reading other reviews, it seems I’m far from the only person who had these problems. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.
