i’m half deaf and i use this camera to check my ears to see if anything is wrong. bro it’s a ripoff all these other people are having the same issues , some people are “lil miss perfect” and have zero problems, the owner of this app needs to app step by step on how to connect the camera to the app , and explain on what to do on if it’s acting up!!!!

I have been using this app for a couple of years. I do not use my otoscope camera everyday or even every week but often enough. The last time I used it was before Christmas and I didn’t have any problems. Last night I tried to use it and it would not connect to my phone. Yes, it’s the same phone. I have gone through clearing my phone’s cache, restarting, deleting the app and reinstalling it. Nothing has worked!! Now I have a useless otoscope camera with which I have no way to view anything!
