The camera light works when plugged into the phone.  However the app shows the same Home Screen that states nothing is connected.

No support except on app unless you can read Chinese.
After installing Usee plus on iphone there should be a page one screen 
Mine goes directly to device not connected. When I connect the device all I get is the light. 
One way is to use android or google play neither of which helped. Frustrated, worthless.

All I had to do was restart the phone and it picked it right up. Wish it has a way to focus it, but for the price I won’t complain

It was working great, but it stopped working a few days ago after 6 months. I came here to see if an update is needed but no updates for 11 months! The device I got to use this app from Amazon is no longer available so guess the company is out of business or whatever. Oh well.

The device and the app couldn’t be simpler to use. It took me less than a two minutes to download the app and connect the camera to both my iPhone and iPad. Worked immediately on both devices. Easy to control brightness and switch between front and side view. 

This is an extremely inexpensive product that does what it’s meant to do when you need it and without fuss or complexity. I don’t understand the low ratings. Maybe other reviewers expect something I am not?
