As a loyal member of USFCU for over a decade, who has had wonderful experiences with the staff and in an overall financial capacity with your company,  I unfortunately cannot recommend your apps with the same high praise. This particular new flavor of poorly-planned app appears to have been programmed in 2013 by a first year coding student - to be honest, you should consider suing whoever you hired to make this. Also consider changes to your leadership structure, starting by firing whoever was in charge of this transition.

The new app is hard to navigate. I can’t see my past transactions and I’m trying to make my credit card payment, but I’m not finding out how to do that either. I hate this new app.
