I gave this application two stars because it is heading in the right direction. Features are great and the app will be useful however, it doesn't work. The application is consistently freezing. The only thing reliable about it is that you can rely on it getting stuck on a screen at some point. It's a Russian roulette with this app...its just a matter of time.

The tool is great but we would require additional features/functions to be more useful. 

- Create new tickets.
- Update tickets
- Create new RMA cases with required support.
- Access to Secure Knowledge. 
- Live updates on Security trends and or vulnerability.
