States it is not a valid iOS version ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Rarely works *2026-05-20, version 22.3.28* I use this with usertesting as some tests require you to open the test in user zoom - it almost never works, it keeps telling me to ensure I have the app installed (which I do), and then on the occasions it does work, about half the time, the tests don’t upload - its super frustrating as it’s a waste of time and you don’t get paid for it. ### 1/5 — Wasted my time and doesn’t submit *2026-04-30, version 22.3.28* I spent good time doing a user research task and going through every section, reporting as I went. When it comes to submitting the results the app just freezes on a white screen and never finishes. Slight bug at the end but it worked for me. ### 5/5 — 🤗 *2022-10-26* I've used them a few times now through Swagbucks surveys and other then pictures never fully showing up for some weird reason (usually they're cut off by 30% to 50% which is a pain when you're doing surveys since they'll disqualify you just for looking at it funny) i've never had any issues and was always rewarded. FYI to anyone who hasn't used them before or doesn't know what they are they're a survey hosting app meaning a company or person can use them to make surveys then invite people, they're NOT a survey app where anyone can go on there and just use it to do surveys, the only way you can take a survey with them is if you're invited by the survey maker. Just wanted to add that because a lot of people in the reviews seem to think it's like Swagbucks, Prizerebel or something like that. ### 5/5 — Worked fine *2021-05-24, version 19.3.0* Downloaded the app to take part in a study and worked as expected.
