This platform is a combination of WhatsApp, Teams, Linked In and the perfect place for you to chat and connect with your workmates. On top of that, it’s an easy way to find open job applications and apply in a simple and fun interactive way through video recordings! And for employers, it makes your life easier, allowing you to see your potential candidates virtually and save time on your recruiting process. Hands down this has improved how we hire new team members. We would recevie so many resumes and cover letters for our open roles, but they never gave us a good picture of who someone was. We knew we needed to meet them, but we also didn't have time to meet everyone who applied. That's why we fell in love with Video Verbs - we got to meet all our candidates. If we liked them, we brought them in for an interview. So simple and it makes me think why we didn't do this earlier! We have been using UseVerb for all of our communication and collaboration for a while now and I can confidently say that the work chat has enabled us to achieve much more than would be possible without it. I really recommend businesses sort out their communication system with their team, and this app is excellent for it. We are starting to dabble with the recruiting features and so far it’s very interesting. Keeping that whole process in the same platform as our work chat is such a good idea.
