Whats the point of an online banking app if it is incorrect information and does not work? Nothing makes sense when trying to find something. For example, the area where you update your address is not easy at all to find. Even when you get bad address fees there is no prompting on where to go. I had to reinstall the app. Of course afterwards I need a hillarious amount of info in order to retrieve my login credentials. By the time I do I’m locked out and I can’t resolve the issue until the next morning. AMAZING what if I had been in an unfortunate situation where I needed to move money or make sure I didn’t over draft. Nothing infuriates me more than being locked out from my own money.
