I paid for 5 AirPods but only received 1 item. On top of that, one of the shirts I received arrived damaged with a tear near the armpit area. What disappointed me the most was not just the issue itself, but how the situation was handled over the course of almost an entire month. Instead of receiving a clear and immediate resolution, I was repeatedly told to “wait,” while support continuously followed up with the seller without any concrete outcome. There were multiple promises regarding refunds, escalation to supervisors, intervention from other departments, and estimated timelines, yet nothing was properly resolved in a timely manner. As a customer, it honestly felt exhausting having to chase updates over and over again for something that should have been straightforward from the beginning. I remained polite, patient, and understanding throughout the process because I genuinely wanted to continue ordering from this platform in the future. However, the lack of urgency, accountability, and proper communication made the entire experience very disappointing. Waiting weeks just to recover money for missing items — or even receive a proper solution — is simply unacceptable customer service. What makes this even more frustrating is that the issue was clearly about quantity. I paid for 5 items and only received 1. This should never have become such a long and difficult process. A professional platform should protect buyers better and handle disputes much faster and more transparently. I appreciate that some individual support agents tried to help and remained respectful, but overall the system and resolution process were extremely poor. This experience has seriously affected my trust and confidence in ordering again. On doit payer les frais d’expédition très onéreux pour valider la commande déjà payé remboursement sur portefeuille du site et si l’on demande un remboursement sur carte bancaire on ne nous rembourse pas la totalité sur 200 euros on m’a rembourse et j’attends toujours 90 euros. Frais envoye 80 euros , le lendemain on me réclame encore 5 euros comme quoi le colis était trop lourd. J’ai demandé un remboursement sur 300 euros on m’a dit que le remboursement etait de 90 euros que j’attend toujours.a fuir si vous voulez pas de mauvaise surprise. ### 1/5 — “USFans Doesn’t Scam” *2026-08-06* Says who? This goofy company lost my package because of poor logistics and poor choice in company/tracking and instead of helping me… they actively told me to be patient whilst they did absolutely nothing. Then, when I asked for a refund, they “offered” to only cover 20% of what I paid for in shipping + whatever I bought 🤡. Nah, I got a full refund through a dispute with my bank. Shop elsewhere, and shop better. Use Sugargoo or LitBuy. Way better services than this dog water. Oh and did I mention that USFans just recently had a customer data breach this month…? As in July 2026, their services were hacked, and thousands of their members info became exposed.. and also caused packages to be delayed/or to not show up at all. ### 1/5 — Shipping *2026-07-31* The shipping is horrible because i did not know we had to pay a second shipping price, when i already paid 300$. Je pensais que je payais les frais de livraison à l’achat mais l’article a été envoyé et mis en entrepôt et on me réclame presque le double du prix du t-shirt pour l’expédier de l’entrepôt jusqu’à mon domicile. J’ai demandé mon remboursement mais ils n’ont pas voulu me rembourser car je ne disposais que de 48h après achat pour déposer une réclamation. See review below. BUT I just received the clothes and swimsuits I ordered from there and they are so cute and very high quality!!! So the USFans warehouse did a great job of making sure the quality was great and they also ensured the products were delivered to me well! I love the stuff I got! Their customer service is also very nice and helpful! They usually respond to inquiries within 24hours because of the time difference. To access them, you click the headphone icon. So the app and website are actually nice because they connect you to products on Taobao and other shopping sites in China. The website buy products for you, ship them to USFans warehouse, and then send you quality inspection photos for approval. You can request for a refund of products the products you choose to return during the return period. This is where it gets misleading: the shipping fee you initially get quoted after selecting a product is shipping cost to the warehouse NOT the shipping cost to you. So I thought I was getting incredible products for cheap price but then the shipping cost to my country is over $100 USD!!!
