It might be a good app if they can work out the bugs. ### 1/5 — Very misleading. *2025-02-04, version 2.5.15* The app has nothing to do with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Getting your private security information by making you think it’s a government app that lists HUD homes. It’s a commercial app to mine you data. What if they have NOTHING that I am interested in?? If there’s something I’m interested in, I’ll contact you on my terms. Without all the SPAM you receive daily, I’m hesitant for ANY app that wants my info before it even opens. BEWARE!!! 🤬🤬🤬 ### 1/5 — Can’t even look at a property *2024-09-27, version 2.5.15* After going through and selecting a state, county, and city it takes you to a pop up to fill in personal info to “prequalify” which is just to get your info so they can start spam calling you. After you get through all that and see the listings, try and hit the “Details” button on a property and it doesn’t even load. It spins and then just sits on a black screen. I’ve tried looking up multiple states and every single listing shows no photos and just black screens. The app is garbage at best. A grab for information and waste of time. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-09-18, version 2.5.15* Asks you to set up a profile or whatever then just locks up. ### 1/5 — Lies and Loading *2024-08-23, version 2.5.15* After you put in the state and area (county) that you want to search, there is never an image, and then when you click on details, it just shows loading. There is some pop-up that comes up as a “ pre-qualifying” application, which I was not falling for. Maybe that’s why everything isn’t loading and I can’t get any images, but if that’s how this app works it’s gotta be spam. Most of the settings/filters don’t work, and once you realize it’s not working, you can’t back up. That means you just keep force-closing the app and starting over all the time. It’s pretty much meant to be a poorly designed way to advertise and sell your info. The listings are clear, easy to search through, and I love that I can browse directly from my phone without jumping between a bunch of sites. The app makes it simple to see what’s available in my area and I was able to connect with an agent quickly after finding a property I liked. What stood out to me was how fast and responsive everything was. If your serious about buying a home this app if definitely worth it. It saved me time, gave me great options and made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming.
