## Most critical reviews (7 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Never works

*2026-05-24*

Worst app experience I’ve ever had does not work and won’t go past the login screen

### 1/5 — Please fix the app

*2026-05-21*

Please fix the app

### 1/5 — Don’t bother

*2026-04-16*

I’ve never had an app so bad. It hasn’t worked EVER and even after everyone reviewing it as worthless, nothing has changed. It freezes on login so there is no access to anything. This company needs to start over. Delete this app and don’t bother offering one until you can develop one that works. Interesting that it’s developed by Schwab. That app works so why not this one???

### 1/5 — Never opens

*2026-04-05*

I give up on this app, it hasn’t worked for months. Just freezes upon opening.

### 1/5 — Needs Work

*2026-02-24*

App needs a lot of work to be anywhere near its competition. Theres no quick and easy way to visually see how your accounts are progressing via a graph. You can’t see your own recent contributions within the app or much of anything else. Not really even worth downloading. Might as well just use the website.

### 1/5 — Unreliable

*2025-11-11*

The app so rarely goes beyond the login window that it is useless. It only works on about 2 out of 25 attempts. I give up. I will be deleting it permanently.

### 2/5 — Needs some work

*2024-12-09*

The app is decent when it works. Sometimes it just forever hangs on logging in, so I have to delete the app and reinstall it to work.

Also, under Portfolio, there's no way to see your balances by Contribution Type like you can in the browser (i.e. Roth vs Trad).

The Aggregator Access support isn't very good. It only supports 3, one of which (Intuit Mint) shut down a year ago, and the new Intuit Credit Karma doesn't support USICG. It would be great if you could use any aggregator like Wealthfront or Monarch with your USICG account like other financial institutions allow (eg Vanguard, Fidelity, etc).

I would also love to see Authenticator App support for 2FA as it's more secure than SMS/Email.
