They just did an update, and now when I type the username field to enter mine it brings the keyboard up just long enough to see it and immediately hides it before I can enter a username. Why even bother??? I thought “it can’t be *that* bad” & it’s actually worse. I think they somehow made this app worse since the last review. It did open Safari for me but everything I attempted to look at came with a warning that it was “better to be viewed from a desktop browser”. Why even bother putting an app out into the world if that’s the case? I sincerely hope my company isn’t paying USICG a whole lot to manage our 401k because they certainly are not investing in their customers. ### 1/5 — Pathetic *2022-05-29, version 4.0.6* This isn’t an app. Just a link to their website to log in. Nothing More. *2021-03-01, version 4.0.6* It’s pretty wild seeing a review in the App Store from 2016 that is still relevant...especially when that review sarcastically welcomes you to 2002 due to the poor quality of the app. This is essentially a link to their website and nothing more. What a pathetic excuse for an app in 2021. It seems our concerns have fallen on deaf ears for years, so I expect no changes from this company, which is disheartening. ### 1/5 — Are you kidding me? *2021-02-23, version 4.0.6* After finally getting logged in to the new web page, I discovered pages that would not load, a completely new (worse) interface, and just difficulty navigating. What was wrong with the old web design? So, now I have loaded the app to only find it is only the same web pages but harder to read.
