The app won’t work outside China.

- If your toothbrush was bought in China, please download **usmile Oral Care**.
- If you purchased it from Amazon or [https://usmile.us/], please download the overseas version **usmile: Toothbrush & Oral Care**App Store.

Different regional toothbrushes only work with their matching APP versions.

### 2/5 — Completely Frustrating

Every time this app updates, I have to reset my device to be able to sync it with my account. Every. Time. It tells me my device is already synced with my email address….which is the only account I have. It shouldn’t be that difficult.

### 3/5 — Needs improvement

The app works fine, but the main problem is that you can’t login without an email code.  When there are two parents, and a different one is available, it is incredibly inconvenient to not be able to login without a code that is set up to the other parents email.  

Besides that, everything is great.  The brush itself works with or without the app, but the devs could put a few hours in on the login process.
