Strongly recommend to purchase paper printed version instead of app.
 
App:
Letters small, cannot change font size.
Always randomly exhibited, and very troublesome finding and reviewing specific questions.
Cluster of questions also randomly separated, explanations are disorganized for each question (Explanation sometimes starts with topics of another question or different diseases).

Contents:
Lots of worthful questions, great supplement used with uworld.
Often lack of explanation why other confusing options are wrong.

I assumed this would be similar to UWorld in terms of function and quality... It most certainly isn't. Questions are in a very odd format where you get the answers to groups of questions at a time. For example, you answer number 1, then you read the answer explanation and it's actually four or five paragraphs explaining the answers to questions 1-5 (which makes numbers 2-5 pretty pointless). Buy the book if you're looking for another source of practice questions.

Answers are out of date, completely wrong to the current AAP recommendations. Don't waist your time, this will only confuse you if you are preparing for the Peds Boards, because it of it's inaccuracy.

The app has workability flaws and it clunky. In addition questions are not great and answer descriptions can be confusing. I would recommend trying the 3 day trial but just don’t forget to cancel because they will charge you!

For me it is a great app better than the book since its well organized but the one thing is missed here is u have to add highlighter for better benefit and to make every thing easy
