You need to fix the electronic signature. There is a long pause after attempting to save the signature and it doesn’t go through into the database. But it says “saved” on the app. Please fix this.

The new camera scan is annoyingly slow. Really hinders my ability to do my job proficiently. Please give us the option in app to not use that slow scanner and use the old camera setting. It’s terrible.

This app is very helpful in uploading documents to patient records securely. I would love the option to add more demographic information to the patients record. Overall, it’s easy and effective app to use.

latest version finally works well. I wish they would’ve waited to rollout the scanner until it was to this point as just using the camera was far superior to the previous versions of the scanner
