Once a reservation is made, the company or the parking spot owners can arbitrarily cancel your reservation or even cancel your rental without notification, which makes thing incredibly troublesome for people who planning for their parking needs. One policy they arbitrarily enforce is closing your ticket if your car leaves the parking spot, even if you're just leaving to pick up the kids from school and come back. Absolutely ridiculous and in conflict with their reservation policy. After contacting support, I was told they can help m cancel my account if I don't like their policies. So be it. No way to stay PG and describe these employees, my goodness.
