The app is less than useless. When you open it, your only option is a QR code to find your shuttle. The button to reserve a space is nowhere to be found. I even had my husband download to see if it was just mine but it's the same for him.

Locked up my iPhone on the first try. Second try it only offers two airports as potential “home” location. Sure won’t trust this app with my CC or personal info

I was looking forward to using USAPark after a good first time experience at JAX Airport. I received an email promising a free stay of up to 4 days if I create a mobile account using the bonus code on my receipt within 24 hours. However, the sign up form not only freezes as mentioned by others, but it didn’t recognize the bonus code. I’m through with USAPark and I barely got started.

I’ve downloaded and deleted 3 times. No requirements for password until you get to end of screen, then screen freezes and you can’t change PW.
Makes me afraid to leave credit card on file…. Not that I have an account on App

When trying to setup new account, freezes at about one minute into trying to fill out the fields. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still same. Would have been nice to have but can’t get it setup!

Sign up doesn’t work, bonus code doesn’t work, UI is something that’ll fail high school comp sci. 2 stars cuz the service and product on the ground is actually excellent, just let down by dismal IT.

The apps ok. I already had an account so linked my fast pass to the app. It still shows another random account number that I assume was created when logging into the app. Basically the only function is to set reservations for discounts.
