Cannot search for the football team you need even though the team has been created and is in use. The filters don’t work, and actually filter out teams even when using the correct filter setting. No direct links to teams are generated to source the team so you can only rely on the search function to find your team. If it doesn’t appear in search list, you can’t follow your team at all (which is the purpose of the app). Contacted the support email twice for assistance and had zero response. ### 1/5 — Premium *2024-02-11* I paid for the premium package as our team want to get the best out of the app. However, I paid the money, it came out my account and the app has broke down. Won’t update and just carries on without the premium. I have been chatting back and forth with customer service but it seems they have gave up and stopped answering my emails.
