## What is USS Mobile?

TrustLayer USS Mobile brings enterprise-grade web security and cloud application control to mobile devices, extending your existing TrustLayer deployment to protect users wherever they work.

This app integrates with the CloudUSS service to enable secure, policy-driven mobile access to the internet and SaaS applications without compromising user experience.

Key Capabilities:
Secure Web Access: Protect users from malicious, risky, or non-compliant websites in real time.
Cloud Application Control (CASB): Enforce granular action-level policies across thousands of sanctioned and unsanctioned SaaS applications.
Private Relay Architecture: Routes traffic securely through TrustLayer enforcement points, ensuring protection is always close to the user.
Consistent Policy Enforcement: Apply the same security policies used across your organisation to mobile devices.
Zero-Touch Operation: Runs seamlessly in the background with minimal user interaction.
Optimised for Mobile: Low latency and efficient performance.

How It Works:
Once authenticated via SSO, the app securely associates the device with your TrustLayer tenant and establishes a protected connection via a private relay. All http/https web traffic is inspected and enforced according to your organisation’s security policies.

Important:
Requires an active TrustLayer subscription and tenant.
Users must be provisioned by their organisation prior to use.
The app installs a configuration profile containing a certificate in order to trust the TrustLayer private relay.

TrustLayer Mobile Gateway ensures your users remain protected, compliant, and productive, no matter where they connect from.
