I have tried everything. I haven’t been able to login for over a month on the app. Website works - App does not! ### 1/5 — Absolute Trash *2026-04-10, version 25.2.1* Nothing works. This app is designed for use by tournaments/players. It has neandrathal search, is not open or easy to access for finding tournaments, viewing draws and figuring out match times etc. It requires you to log in in order to see tournament draws. What if you are a fan and just want to go watch a friend? They require you to create an account and give them your information. If they want to grow the game, they should invest in better apps for the everyday players. Terrible product. ### 1/5 — It has it all…except what you need *2025-06-30* The only thing I need in this app is my tennis schedule, it worked great for a tournament but has nothing for league matches. If it does it’s impossible to find. I’m a 26.23 world tennis and was going to be the 4 seed for a level 3 if they seeded by that, which I expected since every single one of my other tournaments have been seeded by WTN. But they didn’t, they seeded it by national rank. If you are going to seed at least use the same seeding list for every single tournament. Or get rid of stupid WTN and seed by national rank. Doesn’t make any sense. Hope USTA reads this please. ### 1/5 — Recent Update not working - 03/10/2025 *2025-03-11, version 25.1.3* The most recent update doesn’t allow me to use the app to search for tournaments. It takes me to a webpage of the same thing and then there is a huge banner in blue that says download the USTA Tennis app to use. I’m already in the app using the app and the app is taking me to its own USTA website. Please fix ### 1/5 — Searching features reset *2025-02-20* Looking thru app at tournaments is horrible. You filter accordingly, get list, however, after looking at one and trying to go back to look at rest of list that were filtered, it takes u all the way back to general tournament page, so u have to fill out options again and again. Takes you to pages you don’t want to go to and won’t let you see information about tournaments even if you enter the tournament ID. Requires you to sign in when you’re already signed in. Totally frustrating. ### 1/5 — Hasn’t worked in over a week *2026-06-25* I chatted with customer service last week, they said they were looking into it. It’s still not searching correctly for tournaments. Showing dates in 2021 in an area I don’t even live. The website works, but not that hard to fix an app’s search function. I bet tournament hosts didn’t even realize this and are losing out on players signing up because they can’t find tournaments. Searching for tournaments with open registration in year 2026 returns results with completed tournaments since 2021. ### 1/5 — Poorly designed app *2026-06-08, version 25.2.1* I have a profile with my daughter attached to it and when we register her for a tournament there’s no way of finding that tournament again in our profile or upcoming events. Extremely sloppy app which requires competent design engineers and developers. Tournament-wise, it’s way easier to schedule than both UTR and the website, so i would say it’s probably best for it’s purpose. ### 4/5 — Happy that everything is in one place, but bugs need fixing *2023-01-30, version 22.1.10* This is an improvement over jumping back and forth between the USTA website and the Net Generation app, for sure. That said, there are some important bugs that need to be resolved, principal among which is the fact that the site is not pushing all tournament information to the app. Tournaments that are listed on the website are not searchable in the app, so I can’t depend on it for the purpose of finding and entering my kiddo in tournaments. Also, the app sign in page’s fields don’t seem to trigger the usual iPhone behavior of prompting me to autofill my USTA.com user id/password credentials, forcing me to go looking through my passwords and then selecting the right ID/password combo to autofill the fields. That behavior needs fixing as it’s an extra 10-15 seconds each time I log in (though the app *does* generally keep me logged into my account so I don’t have to do it that often). Once I see those fixes rolled out I will happily update to five stars; it’s definitely an improvement over the old, multiplatform system. ### 3/5 — Cart access-membership renewal *2024-02-25* I tried to renew my USTA membership via the App on my iPhone but received an error. I then signed out and back in and tried to complete the transaction. Received a response of “already have info in cart and to remove it before proceeding” A Home button is the given but no visibility to a cart. In order to complete the transaction I had to open USTA account in web browser on IPad in order to view my Cart ### 3/5 — Keep asking for login information *2023-04-22, version 22.1.10* Rt ### 2/5 — Needs a whole lot of improvement *2026-06-07* The development team needs to take reviews of those who have been experiencing problems (with signing, being frustrating with the back button i.e, search from all over etc ) and help fix the app. It has been quite frustrating in using this app. If is very unreliable. ### 2/5 — “Service issues” next day after downloading *2024-12-04* Already questioning the reliability of this App. The next day after an initial download, it will not function other than a “service issues” related display. ### 2/5 — Horrible app *2024-12-03, version 24.4* The app (and website in general) isn’t great. The latest update actually broke the app, rather than fixing bugs (let alone, made some improvements) ### 2/5 — Tournament search stinks *2024-07-29* When you go through all the trouble to search and filter tournaments and then choose one to review the details, it seems it should be a simple thing to provide a “Back to results” option. But nope, going back takes you back to the start where you must search and filter all over again. This is a terrible user experience and one I hoped would be fixed in todays update. Unfortunately that is not the case. I’m also still getting randomly logged out and have to log in and start all over for no reason.
