Emailed them multiple times and still no response. There are many other reviews about this too. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2023-08-25* Cashed out $200 almost a year ago and was never reimbursed. Got in contact with the app developers multiple times, and they kept promising to resolve the issue, but never did anything about it. Also, I was banned from the app too for pointing out their dishonest behavior and the company said they would unban me, but never did. Overall, the owners are extremely dishonest and will do anything to avoid paying out their customers. Terrible app and I really cannot recommend it **Developer response:** Hey, uSTADIUM support here. Didn’t really receive help when I reached out to them either. They break news faster than ESPN or NFL or any other app I have. Only thing is the admins are very strict and I got banned for asking about a contest in which i thought no prizes were ever rewarded, however they were. Sometimes people get reinstated from bans but I’m still waiting. I love the app but free speech isn’t the most accessible thing here. But as soon as you get into the app, its just filled with toxic people yelling nonsense at each other. I understand competitiveness among nfl fans, but some of the things said are just hateful and garbage.
