It helps out a lot on managing lots of stuff. However, there is a fatal problem with this app which is it keeps saying my credential failed. I can’t even update my credential. This is not only my problem but lots of my friends suffer from this. Also the waitlist exam ttb doesnt seem to be functioning well. When we access the HKUST website, we always get stuck by the old web page design - showing lots of information on a few pages. Another trouble is that we need to type in our account again and again which indeed annoyed us. This application, is a newly designed platform for students to access commonly use function, such as booking rooms or checking grades, with high user-friendliness. And more importantly, we just need to login once only. It is truly convenient. At this moment, it is perfect. Yet, there is still room for improvement. The most ideal one would be adding path advisor. Although there is now some path advisor apps on App Store, they are not good to use at all. Even the official one, is still so complicated and slow.
