## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Confusing and offers little information

*2025-08-25*

This app would be better if I could select a bus and see on the map where all of its stops are.
I tried downloading a pdf of the bus schedule multiple times but nothing showed up, it was just a gray screen.

### 1/5 — No rides

*2024-08-07*

When you click on a route it says it has none for the day pretty annoying

### 1/5 — Not happy.

*2024-02-24*

I don’t understand this bus system I can’t even find the time of bus when the buses comes here so I’m not very happy with you people. Thank you.

### 1/5 — Bus tracking

*2022-12-06*

Does not show buses and where they are

### 1/5 — No route 1?

*2022-11-14*

Where is route 1? Not up to date with all the routes listed/available. Route 1 is the bus I take, so I didn’t find this app useful at all.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2022-08-30*

Doesn’t work at all. Isn’t accurate to where the buses are. Very glitchy

### 1/5 — Jenij686

*2020-02-29*

Says no trip info available as I watch the bus go by. Why?

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2020-01-09*

When you change the address of where you want to see the bus route start, it will not search.

### 2/5 — Disappointed.

*2023-11-20*

We as taxpayers contribute to the trax and UTA . That funding is supposed to be used for the improvement of the UTA system. Am I correct thus far? So, why do we have to pay for any part of the app? It should be free to transit users because one way or another, they already pay to have the use when they pay fairs. Other than that, it appears to be a possibility l, if you fix that glitch. We paid in our taxes for the upgrades to your system, so I honestly feel that tax payment and the fare paid to use the transit, should more than cover your expenses. Plus, perks like that, where they don’t have to pay to use the app, will generate more users, which means, more riders. I’m speaking of the “PREMIUM ACCESS” fees by the way. Anywhoo, thank you for your time concerning this matter,
Sincerely,
                    Dawna Ballenger (frequent rider)
                                                      11/20/2023

### 2/5 — Hard to read

*2022-12-12*

Each bus stop location takes up a large portion of the screen. Also, there’s a premium version for a public transit app. Kinda weird. Also, you can’t look at just one route, every route with every bus stop is on screen making it literally impossible to see which road is what.

## Most praised reviews (2 highest-rated)

### 4/5 — Front Runner schedule coordination

*2022-09-26*

If front runner is on schedule and buses that deliver to front runner stations are Running a bit late on the mid day stretched schedule passengers have a hour wait, this is not conducive to getting none rush hour ridership. Happened one week ago with a large group of retired HOA members at the new Vineyard station. Not good folks

### 4/5 — Good tracker

*2021-08-25*

I like that I can track a busses route. I also like the mapping of stops by a favorite route. However, I cannot seem to download the bus map pdf.

It does list stops closest to me which could also be helpful. Overall it is good but not very smooth yet - but I suppose that is due to real time updates.
