Not to mention I was waiting for the first ride for 40mins already. This is insane and I absolutely hate Utah transit refuse to build bus line yet can’t even do well in a simple share ride app. ### 1/5 — Be warned! *2026-08-14, version 4.29.1* The app won’t let you buy a ticket outside of the area you’re in. I tried to go from Daybreak to City Creek and it wouldn’t let me. It’s a third party app not affiliated with UTA. Any money you initially charge your account with won’t be refunded for 3-7 business days. Just buy an All Day Pass at the kiosk. ### 1/5 — Issues with drivers. *2026-07-30, version 4.27.1* I wanna call out specifically Valentina. Everytime a ride gets booked with her, she’s late, doesn’t show, or pulls in close to the pick up location and says I was a no show. Most recently I watched her pull into a drive thru before marking me as a no show and charging me additional money. Most everyone else is good, but she sucks. I’ve been in contact with UTA multiple times about it and so far, been denied a refund every time. ### 1/5 — Uta *2026-07-22, version 4.27.1* Horrible app always lags and goes from 4 minutes to 50 minutes don’t recommend ### 3/5 — App improvements needed *2026-07-22, version 4.27.1* The service itself needs a lot of improvements but there’s a lot they can do with the app right now to make it easier to use. Here are 3 big things: 1. When the service is high demand, I find myself pressing the “tap to retry” button for up to about 10 minutes until I find a ride, if they could add something that does that automatically for you, like “retry until you find a ride” it would be a lot easier and I wouldn’t have to set up an auto clicker on my phone. 2. When you book a ride it offers a “book return” but when you press on it, it pretty much just takes you out of it after maybe 5 seconds (I think cause it’s navigating to the driver you just booked) so please fix the book return feature. 3. Please if possible, try to make a feature where you can book ahead of time by maybe an hour or 2 just to make things smoother for everyone. ### 1/5 — Uta disability card *2026-07-22, version 4.27.1* Where can I upload my Uta disability card ### 2/5 — Awful driver training *2026-07-18, version 4.27.1* I swear every single time I book a ride my drivers show up way too early or 15 minutes late. And then they don’t even have the courtesy to wait until the scheduled time before driving off and charging me a no show fee. They need to properly train they’re employees and have a required IQ test apparently because they also don’t know which house to show up at and half the time “don’t see me” because they’re at the wrong address. They get the 2 stars purely because it’s cheap as hell ### 1/5 — Lazy and rude drivers *2026-07-17, version 4.27.1* Nearly all the drivers are eating, talking on their phones, or listening to loud music. Sometimes even all 3 at once. I’ve never encountered an app with such poor drivers. They’re hiring anyone with a pulse. My dog could be a better driver than these lousy inconsiderate losers. ### 1/5 — Are you deliberately trying to make me late? *2026-06-25, version 4.27.1* Got transferred to a ride that would get me way later than I am supposed to be at the place I need to go to today. This is not the first time this has happened, and really shouldn’t be happening stop giving me rides like that ### 1/5 — Terrible Waiting times *2026-05-21, version 4.27.1* You guys need to fix the demand problem because why am I trying to order a ride for 2 hours continuously and yet not a single ride pops up and it’s always in demand.
