Great for using and stuff but the problem that keeps happening is my gas station purchases don’t show till two or three days later ### 4/5 — Banking app issues but support is amazing *2026-07-24, version 3.36.0* The banking app can be kind of poor in the sense that some transactions are delayed a couple days from showing on my app or sometimes they disappear and reappear but their customer service is amazing, on a Holiday where the bank and chat was closed someone was still able to help me and fix my issue on a banking holiday. ### 4/5 — Staff vs bill pay program *2026-07-15, version 3.35.1* Staff are consistently friendly and capable! Bill Pay : I use this to pay all my bills. Both repeat bills and one-off bills. I love the ease of paying my bills this way . HOWEVER: little did I know that there is not a “digital “ check or footprint to easily access when one needs to verify payment !! So when the IRS wants verification …. Good luck ! You have to send your entire months transaction page. I think if you pay a bill with BILL PAY there should be a way to get a copy of sent/paid bill with vendors name and date!!! It’s all great until you have to verify payment. ### 4/5 — ATM *2026-05-01, version 3.33.0* Invest in ATM devices that allow patrons to make a cash deposit after hours !! My goodness ?!!?! And you can’t pay anything with an external debit/credit card, which can be problematic. My biggest complaint is that you cannot set up auto pay for your credit card. You cannot set it up to pay a set amount each month, but you cannot set it up to pay off the previous balance to avoid interest. This is a huge con, so now I have to manually pay the bill each month. It is also quite easy to use, it makes transferring and depositing so soothing! I love them! ### 5/5 — Does not work on previous IOS version *2024-04-03, version 3.5.0* I do not have the latest version IOS and therefore cannot ipdate the app. Without the update the app does not work at all. Pointless! Why bank here if I cannot use the app with the previous IOS version. Not going to buy a new phone just to download the new IOS so this app works. This is a serious issue and has caused problems with some of my payments. It just goes in a circle, telling me to update and then taking me back to the app saying I need to update. What’s the use in this app if I can’t use it? Won’t let you make payments on app, you have to go online. When you do transfers to pay your loan there’s nothing to see. Can’t tell if I set it up right or not. What’s worse is payment for transfer options are so limited. When you set up payment it takes forever for the bank to withdraw from the my regular bank account. It’s really bad! I’m so used to using my debit card so payments come out of my account asap.
