Many times the app will stall or not pick up where it last left off and before you realize it, it’s live and you missed a quarter or two. ### 3/5 — Good quality videos but app randomly bugs out *2025-11-05, version 6.9.5* The screen randomly goes black and you have to back out of the game and then we go back into the game about 3 to 4 times a game other than that app is fine ### 2/5 — Game replays *2025-10-23* Trying to watch replays of games is infuriating. If you try to watch the game a few hours after it’s aired, the replay will only take you back to the very end of the first quarter. Why offer the button prompt to play from the beginning if it doesn’t actually let you go to the beginning? So you can either skip a whole quarter, or you have to wait quite a while after the game has ended for it to be available as a replay. This app is horrible jazz+ is a joke and you cannot even cast to a google chrome cast. I paid last year and was able to watch via the NBA app on devices provided by Xfinity such as the flex box or the xumo unit. I was even able to cast it to a Chromecast. I was even able to cast it to a first generation Apple TV. I watched it on my Xbox. I watched it on my laptop. I even streamed it to TVs directly. Why pay so much money to be able to watch the jazz anywhere not be able to and half the time their streams are literal garbage. It doesn’t help that the team is horrible and unbearable to watch. Way to take a franchise and absolutely turn it into the laughing stock of the world. I will not be paying next year for a horrible half thought through planned app. Literally just now I was on a stream watching the Jazz versus the Pistons and it jumped between commercial and actual product, then back to commercial and then went black. This by far is the worst designed and least thought through app possible. Literal trash app that has gladly taken money and given garbage results. You’d expect a bit better from someone who built a software company. What a joke. ### 1/5 — Cue the circus music *2024-11-18, version 6.9.2* Horrendous app. Why can’t I just open it up and go directly to the live game? Why the labyrinth? Also tried to cancel my membership before the lousy season started and it gave me the ‘ol “the application is having difficulty. Please try again later.” Oh, and no one to answer the support line, naturally. Such a bait and switch. Just like everything else since the Jazz were taken over. Pathetic. ### 4/5 — Meh 😒but great *2024-11-16, version 6.9.2* I love it but there r to many notifications I am like getting 100 notifications in 3 or 2 weeks, but it’s a really good app ### 1/5 — No Streaming games via app for Jazz+ *2024-10-24, version 6.9.2* Why have the app if you can’t watch the games even after signing up and paying for Jazz+ which is more expensive than if you had NBA league pass for the season. Went to pick it up and the location isn’t selling ice cream. They sent me to the other side of the arena to get it. Got there and they said they weren’t selling ice cream there. Told me to go downstairs and those locations were closed as well. Walked around the arena for almost 20 minutes only to end up back at the original location and empty handed. Give the season ticket holders their money back! We did not have an NBA experience! ### 1/5 — Poor management *2026-01-21, version 6.9.6* If we had good management they would be better at evaluating talent, better at developing a winning culture, not tanking. The chose the easy way out by tanking rather than doing the hard work. There are good players available at all levels in the draft but rather than put in the work figuring who’s good they would rather be playing pebble beach. Basically what you’re saying when you tank is we don’t know how to evaluate talent so we’ll take the easy out. You might as well draw ping pong balls for who you pick. The result would probably be the same. Obviously you don’t care about basketball and only care about money or you wouldn’t be destroying the game. Pretty soon you’ll have applause tracks at the game because your corporate season ticket holders guests don’t know enough about basketball to know when to clap. It’s about taking a selfy by the court so they can say look at me. You have to watch it live or you cannot watch it at all. This is the only streaming app I have ever paid for where this is the case.
