## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — zero stars

*2023-10-25*

You can't even log in....

### 1/5 — Can’t connect to server

*2023-05-15*

Rarely am able to actually use the app. It always comes up with a cannot connect to server alert

### 1/5 — Usually unable to use it.

*2020-10-03, version 2.4.8*

I actually love the app....when it works! But probably 9 out of 10 times that you try to log into the darn thing it tells you that the server is unavailable. It’s pretty annoying to try and use the app only to have to resort to logging in online and doing your business there. The app has features that the online portal does not so I’d rather access the app. I’ve expressed my frustrations to a few individuals while on th e phone with the credit union, but I doubt there is any follow through once the conversation is over. I haven’t noticed any increased ability to access the app since my incoming multiple employees there.

### 1/5 — What happened???

*2015-09-08, version 1.9.28*

I loved this app until a few months ago when it stopped allowing me to log in. I am able to do so on the website (using the same device). I'm so disappointed!

### 1/5 — Awful

*2013-09-27, version 1.2.8*

Can't login but I can on my computer. App is a waste of time. Needs some SERIOUS work before it can be used.

### 2/5 — It’s great when it works

*2023-05-20*

The last update was not necessarily needed in my opinion, but it was actually quite nice. However, it frequently crashes when I’m in the middle of doing multiple transfers. It’s great when it does what I need it to do, but the constant crashing is a nuisance.

### 3/5 — Old vs New App

*2024-04-24*

The new app has a sleek and trendy design, but it lost its value to me when I realized it doesn’t delineate the amount of money that goes towards principal or interest when making a payment on a loan. This is something that is was viewable when using the old app, but now is inaccessible using the new app. Please bring this back.

### 3/5 — Remote Deposit only works about 75% of the time.

*2020-03-10, version 2.4.8*

I like the app interface, but the main reason I use the app is for remotely depositing checks. Unfortunately, about 25% of the time my remote deposits don’t work. It will either just say Error, or Bad Check Image. I understand you need a good image, but they seem fine to me and I use remote deposit with my other banks and never have issues. I end up having to go into the credit union to deposit those checks and it’s #2020, I shouldn’t have to ha.

### 4/5 — App seems easy to use

*2019-08-18, version 2.4.8*

The app seems pretty intuitive and easy to use. I am a little surprised they do not have faceID yet.

### 4/5 — Great, But Can Be Improved

*2016-09-17, version 2.0.16*

Like that I can access my accounts and it's always working. Wish there could be notifications where you can set a notification if your account gets lower than a certain amount or if there are withdrawal above a certain amount.

## Most praised reviews (3 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Lovely upgrade

*2021-03-27, version 4.9.27*

The new update is 💯

Sleek, suave, svelte, swift—really, just anything better than the old one and closer to the web app is an improvement by leaps and bounds. I don’t know if you bucked CMC’s control over the app or they finally got around to letting changes through or what, but it’s a huge improvement (I *did* notice that ©CMC has been quietly replaced by a simple ©2018…but who am I to speculate?)

Five stars, 10/10, absolute game changer for people with fingers and/or faces that want to read their statements but would prefer using Touch/FaceID instead of opening up a mobile browser and typing in their credentials and getting an MFA code every time. Also, putting a big “deposit” button on the bottom will probably reduce RO’s “how do I do a mobile deposit?!?!” phone calls by a statistically significant amount.

I sincerely hope to see a hyped-up, new-iPhone-reveal style promo reel for it at this year’s Annual Meeting, set to an ODESZA remix and complete with Ryan running out on stage for the announcement amidst smoke and strobe lights and pyrotechnics.

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2013-09-24, version 1.2.8*

Convenient, easy to use, and I love being able to deposit a check from my iPad. This is a great app whether you live near or far from a branch.

### 4/5 — Great app!

*2016-06-30, version 2.0.16*

This is a great app but I wish I could see my available limit on my platinum card account. If I can see it on my checking account, why not my credit card account?
