No access to site or app or email. No communication at all yet they have every credit card number. Feel like I’ve been scammed. ### 1/5 — Broken app - BEWARE *2025-01-04, version 2.3.7* Paid for premium, now I am unable to link any cards. Tried to cancel premium and the app said they would send me a code which I have yet to receive. Oh, and they also charged me $1.99 instead of $0.99 ### 5/5 — good *2024-11-11, version 2.3.6* good ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time *2024-09-01, version 2.3.4* Would prefer to give negative stars. This app adds no value. The “advice” is based on basic knowledge already known about cash back rewards for my cards. And deleting your profile is near impossible because of how antiquated the app is. Not only is this publisher incapable of a viable financial app, they are incapable of a basic app period. They have no business advertising the way they do. Find any other option. ### 1/5 — Not worth it *2024-05-03, version 2.3.3* App is super buggy. Click on a few screens and then the app crashes, screen disappears, etc. It's so buggy that I can't even delete my account. Tons of spam emails that don't stop even though I've turned them off in the app. ### 1/5 — Do not buy! *2023-11-30, version 2.2.7* Constant issues and customer service reps difficult to get in touch with and then disappear once they can’t figure it out. The app is useless. Try something else. Do not get paid version!! ### 1/5 — One issue after another. *2023-11-17, version 2.2.7* This app has one issue after another, customer service is inept. First issue was that I couldn’t sign into app becasuee it kept saying it had “no record of account” and couldn’t even try to create a new account because it said “this number already in use”. When that was finally fixed after numerous attempts to contact support, then the “best card” feature” would either spin endlessly or say it had no cards attached when they were clearly there. I am still, after 2 weeks, unable to add any new cards even though it says they are added they never show up in my profile of cards. This is a joke. Obviously developed by people who were not fully prepared. A similar app I use always has communication on what they are doing to fix specific issues (which is rare)with a timeline that is accurate. This support takes a lot of work by the customer to try to get a response. It’s never a fix but just a response such as, “what a bummer” and then nothing else. Don’t waste your money on this! ### 1/5 — Get MAXREWARDS instead *2023-11-15* This is a terrible app. It keeps saying it took my Amex and then it never shows on the cards after showing “success”! Also, the advice is completely inaccurate and it tells me the incorrect card to use for the most awards. I am much happier using the Max Awards app. I am sorry I got the Premium plan because it has been a complete waste of money! ### 5/5 — Does not work *2023-03-20, version 2.1.7* Took all of my data after connecting to my bank account then said it was unable to verify me and needed more personal information. Tried multiple times to complete this process never fully gained access to this app with no way of removing my bank account. Pass ### 5/5 — Way more user friendly than MaxRewards *2023-02-25, version 2.1.6* I hated Max rewards because the interface felt old and not user friendly. This is amazing in comparison, the only feature I would want to see is automatic enrollment in credit card offers for the month. Max rewards will automatically link your cards to the deals being offered for the month for max savings.
