Once you link your financial institution on this app there is no way to unlink it. If you write to get help no one responds. Stay away from this. If you want to use an app with similar feature use MaxRewards. ### 1/5 — Never miss any credit card rewards *2022-02-23, version 2.1* This app is game changing - I always wonder which card to use for every transaction - grocery, travel, food etc. So easy with this app. I just type the name of the merchant and it shows up which card to use from my wallet. I do not have many credit cards as I thought it’s easy to manage but I am surprised to see how much rewards I am leaving on the table by not having another 1-2 credit cards that would easily cover my upcoming flight tickets and still leave some dollars in my pocket. I also like the alerts Uthrive sends when I use the wrong card and how much I am giving up on - which kind of pinches but a good reminder how we can easily accumulate more savings. I always wished there was an app which would simplify keeping track of rewards on all my credit cards, but this goes an extra distance - it also tells me the rewards I am missing by not using the right credit cards. Bonus, I also can quickly see my best credit card to use at my favorite places when I am shopping. I don’t have the time or will to keep track of what cards offer what rewards. Uthrive does the thinking for you. No communication at all yet they have every credit card number. Feel like I’ve been scammed. ### 1/5 — Broken app - BEWARE *2025-01-04, version 2.3.7* Paid for premium, now I am unable to link any cards. Tried to cancel premium and the app said they would send me a code which I have yet to receive. Oh, and they also charged me $1.99 instead of $0.99 ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time *2024-09-01, version 2.3.4* Would prefer to give negative stars. This app adds no value. The “advice” is based on basic knowledge already known about cash back rewards for my cards. And deleting your profile is near impossible because of how antiquated the app is. Not only is this publisher incapable of a viable financial app, they are incapable of a basic app period. They have no business advertising the way they do. First issue was that I couldn’t sign into app becasuee it kept saying it had “no record of account” and couldn’t even try to create a new account because it said “this number already in use”. When that was finally fixed after numerous attempts to contact support, then the “best card” feature” would either spin endlessly or say it had no cards attached when they were clearly there. I am still, after 2 weeks, unable to add any new cards even though it says they are added they never show up in my profile of cards. This is a joke. Obviously developed by people who were not fully prepared. A similar app I use always has communication on what they are doing to fix specific issues (which is rare)with a timeline that is accurate. This support takes a lot of work by the customer to try to get a response. It’s never a fix but just a response such as, “what a bummer” and then nothing else. Don’t waste your money on this! ### 1/5 — Get MAXREWARDS instead *2023-11-15* This is a terrible app. It keeps saying it took my Amex and then it never shows on the cards after showing “success”! Also, the advice is completely inaccurate and it tells me the incorrect card to use for the most awards. This is amazing in comparison, the only feature I would want to see is automatic enrollment in credit card offers for the month. Max rewards will automatically link your cards to the deals being offered for the month for max savings. It was seamless to sign up and register my credit cards. The technology used to sync my credit cards was easy and as secure as signing into my online banking account. It also downloaded my latest account information automatically. It provides a great user experience with a dashboard to help you view rewards earned and recommendations as to prioritize which card to use for certain purchases. Based on your current activity, it can also provide card offers that are relevant to you reward goals. Once again, great user experience and very easy to use.
