It would be very easy to look for the statement just on screen because sometimes e-mail takes a lot of time. I tried to have an e-mail today for about 5/6 times and even tried through whatsapp also but hasn't achieved much. Just a click button that takes you to a window with the database. . All of them are built with a weird notion about security. They think preventing users from right clicking and copy/paste is a great security feature. Such restrictions make these apps/websites extremely unusable. When are they going to come up with a decent, user friendly app without compromising security as the US banks do? ### 1/5 — Poor app performance & worst business service *2023-07-21* First of all it’s hard to login as even aft trying multiple times to login, it logs out the very next moment. Even if you login it shows portfolio value as 0 even though it has value. Slow process and worst business service. They ask ‘n’ number of things for updation and take their own sweet time. Redemption takes too much of time. 8-10 working days. In this digital era this is too much. It keeps saying multiple attempts made when there was none. ### 1/5 — Not able to login *2023-06-28* After the update, I am unable to login to the app. Once I enter all the details, and after dob it again asks to login. This is an awful update! Seems the developers didn’t get their yearly appraisals that’s why they shown their disgruntlement towards this app. On a serious note, bring back the previous update! Allowing me to invest and redeem at my convenience, informing me of NAV's, NFO'S, Dividend Declarations, this is like a one stop shop for all my UTI MF investments. Especially love the uSave feature, which instantly let's me invest or redeem 24x7. Much better than keeping my money idle in Savings Account.
