I can’t even export photos. ### 3/5 — Only allowed to PARTIALLY LOVE it. *2026-03-22, version 7.12.10* This app could be 10 Stars….. if you made an MacOS version. It does not good to move photos into Utiful to organize and keep out of main galllery on phone and iPad if they disappear off iMac without Utiful to access them. I’ve been paying for this app since it came out in the hopes that you guys would put them all together. Even though I’ve paid for it, I’ve rarely used it for the reason above. I guess I just won’t renew it. ### 4/5 — Very good but missing one Simple Fix *2026-02-16* App has been great so far, but this one simple fix would help a ton. When clicking the “move to” feature on a photo the “new folder” button is all the way at the bottom. It can be annoying having to consistently scroll all the way to the bottom to create new folders. Having the new folder as the first option instead of the last would be game changing. Context: im organizing most of my photos individually into separate folders and have a lot of folders. Organizing into subfolders to clear space and make the scroll down shorter is not feasible at this time. **Developer response:** Dear Mr...Neckbeard, thank you for your 4-stars rating and for your feedback! But it’s tedious to see it’s full functionality with out payment. To the developers if you are going to sell an app on subscription the buyer has to have access to the whole app before purchase or offer alternate purchase paths I would buy this app and even pay more for it but NOT on subscription and the same is also true for Apples new Photomator app buy once and pay for subsequent upgrades is still the best model! ### 4/5 — Love the app *2025-11-25, version 7.12.7* I’ve been using this app for sometime now and I have over a thousand folders. I don’t understand why when you add a new folder, it goes to the bottom instead of the beginning. Why do I have to scroll through all the older stuff to add another photo? Is there a setting to change the order? Fix that and you’ve got a 10! ### 4/5 — App no longer working with IOS *2025-11-13, version 7.12.6* I have the 14 pro max and i really loved the app before. it really helped me organize my memes to quickly access them from within imessage. however ever since the new ios 26 launched, my app no longer works in imessage. when i click it the screen is blank. i’ve been waiting for months now on an update to fix this but i think im gonna just have to cancel my subscription and find something else which bums me out for real. ### 3/5 — Save to Utiful button broken on iOS 26 *2025-09-17, version 7.12.0* Hi Team, I was thoroughly enjoying the Utiful app on my iPhone and iPad but with installing iOS 26/iPad OS 26, the button in the camera roll seems to be broken. Unfortunately, the only way to contact Support is via Write a Review. After years of bug-free performance, suddenly i’m unable to add photos to Utiful. ### 3/5 — Helpful tool to clean up your Apple Photos *2025-02-01, version 7.7.20* Only three stars since I've mentioned to developer that Utiful Folder thumbnails need to be bigger so I can SEE my photos! He has done nothing regarding this issue. Please enlarge the thumbnails or allow us to pinch-to-zoom! Apple Photos does this. Otherwise, very helpful app for offloading certain categories of photos from my Camera Roll to make more room. ### 2/5 — Way too expensive! *2025-01-03, version 7.7.18* This is what I need, as Apple's Photos app is awful. Wouldn’t recommend or whatever. ### 1/5 — Can’t send photos from Utiful to my camera roll. *2026-02-26* I was so excited to download this app, it sounded like exactly what I’ve been looking for. And it was easy to send photos from my camera roll to Utiful. Unfortunately once they are there, I cannot retrieve them. All of the normal options to send them back to Photos don’t work. I followed all the frequently asked questions, I watched all the troubleshooting videos, I’ve done all the workarounds, and because there’s no actual support option I’m very much regretting downloading the app. Now I have 300 photos stuck in Utiful and the best I can do is screenshot everything I need to use in CapCut to make reels. I decided to use this have to move over all the images that just felt too hard to see in my photos app Now long later when everything’s worked out, I realize none of those images exist anymore as this app and it’s many layers of backups and sinks is just glitching out and I’ve been waiting for a few weeks now thinking that something is going to finally download because the images are trickling in here or there, but we’re talking about 2000 images just lostmaybe 50 of trickled back in their team is unable to help **Developer response:** Dear Untamedpeace, thank you for your 1-star rating and for reporting this issue. I have 4k photos in 86 folders, but with a wide range of interests I have a legacy of some 15k photos still to sort collected since first iPad in 2011. I understand from the friendly, helpful support team that welcome improvements including a search facility and preview to help identify photos in a folder are in the pipeline. You can set up folders and sub folders to store your photos in. For example I have a folder for my grandson the in the folder my subfolders are like Age 1, Age 2, Christmas 2025, etc. it makes it so easy to find your pictures. There is an annual fee, but it is minimal and So worth it! 2 things I wish the app had: 1. A help line 2. Would like to see support for HDR photos and videos, and definitely for a smooth seeking on videos.
