Why does this app even exist? It doesn’t even work, you people need to get your act together. What a dumpster fire of an app.
CANT LOG IN
a giant error code states can’t connect to server and will not let me log in through browser. Through the browser just says “can’t log in”. I’m not letting some janky app create an issue with my credit. FIX THIS SO I CAN PAY MY BILLS

This app is a JOKE! The majority of the time after putting in my account # and pin # I’m unable to even login to pay my bill, it says “Sorry we are unable to verify your login information, please try again.” On the rare occasion I am able to login I’m charged $5.00. Since this has become extremely frustrating I have started mailing my payment, well that is a whole different issue, I mail my payment 1.5 - 2 weeks before it’s due however the water company isn’t posting my check until after the due, so now I’m being charged a $10.00 late fee. If you call the water company they charge you $5.00 to take your payment over the phone. What a shame you can’t even pay your bills without CROOKED COMPANIES making it impossible to pay only the amount you owe!

Horrible UI and NO AUTOPAY
First off, this application is done horribly. Please hire better software developers and fix this, AI could code a better app. Second of all, there is no option for Autopay in the app you have to go online. Absolutely ridiculous not even to mention the extra fees for paying online/on their horrible app that’s not user friendly whatsoever.

First review ever here - thought it warranted 0 stars but can’t go that low :(
Paying online doesn’t work. Card doesn’t match billing address of cardholder (but it does!). Paying in the app doesn’t work (same issue!). Extremely clunky, feels like it was developed when the App Store first released and hasn’t been touched since. Wildly disappointed my apartment uses this company for payment (with a $5 fee for online payments… yikes). Frustratingly impossible to pay a simple month’s worth of water and sewer, for someone who is typically quite decent at technology.
If you CAN pay any other way, I’d recommend it. Or if you’re debating using this service as a provider, I’d recommend AGAINST it :)
