It doesn’t even work, you people need to get your act together. What a dumpster fire of an app. ### 1/5 — CANT LOG IN *2026-03-08, version 4.0.16* a giant error code states can’t connect to server and will not let me log in through browser. Through the browser just says “can’t log in”. I’m not letting some janky app create an issue with my credit. FIX THIS SO I CAN PAY MY BILLS ### 1/5 — ZERO STARS *2026-01-31, version 4.0.16* This app is a JOKE! The majority of the time after putting in my account # and pin # I’m unable to even login to pay my bill, it says “Sorry we are unable to verify your login information, please try again.” On the rare occasion I am able to login I’m charged $5.00. Since this has become extremely frustrating I have started mailing my payment, well that is a whole different issue, I mail my payment 1.5 - 2 weeks before it’s due however the water company isn’t posting my check until after the due, so now I’m being charged a $10.00 late fee. If you call the water company they charge you $5.00 to take your payment over the phone. What a shame you can’t even pay your bills without CROOKED COMPANIES making it impossible to pay only the amount you owe! ### 1/5 — Horrible UI and NO AUTOPAY *2026-01-09, version 4.0.16* First off, this application is done horribly. Please hire better software developers and fix this, AI could code a better app. Second of all, there is no option for Autopay in the app you have to go online. Absolutely ridiculous not even to mention the extra fees for paying online/on their horrible app that’s not user friendly whatsoever. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2026-01-05, version 4.0.16* First review ever here - thought it warranted 0 stars but can’t go that low :( Paying online doesn’t work. Card doesn’t match billing address of cardholder (but it does!). Paying in the app doesn’t work (same issue!). Extremely clunky, feels like it was developed when the App Store first released and hasn’t been touched since. Wildly disappointed my apartment uses this company for payment (with a $5 fee for online payments… yikes). Frustratingly impossible to pay a simple month’s worth of water and sewer, for someone who is typically quite decent at technology. If you CAN pay any other way, I’d recommend it. Or if you’re debating using this service as a provider, I’d recommend AGAINST it :) ### 1/5 — ZERO STARS *2025-12-16, version 4.0.16* Made my payment through the app and was charged, so I went about my day thinking everything was fine. Days later, I got a message from my apartment complex saying my utilities payment was late. Turns out the payment never fully went through, but I was never notified of any issue or failure. Because of that, I was charged a late fee. Simply put: this app sucks. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2025-11-12, version 4.0.16* The app keeps freezing and won’t even let me log in ### 1/5 — Horrible Company *2025-11-12, version 4.0.16* Why we are not connected and set up with Metro water is beyond me. Utility Billing Services is just another way to rip off the consumer with zero recourse. Processing fee of $9.78 each month along with having to pay $5.00 convenience fee when you pay your bills total $14.78 on top of your existing water bill is a complete rip off. Someone is getting rich. Just figure for a $75 to $100 dollar water bill every month and this is supposedly better for the consumer than dealing with Metro water? Laughable…Horrible company along with horrible customer service. In September 2025 the whole sub division was without water for a whole 24 hours. Never saw one credit on my bill for that day. Metro water probably wouldn’t have taken so long to get our water back and running. The app for this company along with their website is wonky and never works properly. Obviously, they do not put money back into the company or services to make things seamless for the customer. I definitely would have reconsidered purchasing property in this sub division had I known this was the set up for water services. Unfortunately, I can’t rate them minus zero eye roll. ### 1/5 — APP DOESNT WORK *2025-11-05, version 4.0.16* buttons dont do anything, just use the website!! ### 1/5 — Scammers *2025-09-20, version 4.0.16* This “company” is an absolute scam. A $5 “convenience fee” for ANY payment method with the only other method pay by mail. Seriously? What year is this, 1985? It must be very convenient to be a greedy sack of ****.
