In today’s digital era, almost every bank in India completes KYC fully online, yet your bank insists on a physical branch visit. This reflects a very old-fashioned mindset and poor process design. Despite submitting all required KYC documents, my son’s account continues to remain debit frozen, which is completely unacceptable. This clearly indicates either gross inefficiency or complete lack of accountability, particularly at your Vashi branch, which I can confidently say is one of the worst-managed branches I have dealt with. ### 1/5 — Worst Bank *2025-11-26* My bank account was frozen twice in 6 months. I got my KYC done 6 months ago. After 6 months it was frozen again for KYC. I have made three rounds till now. The bank people are not having any effect. I am not able to make any payment for the last 20 days. Address verification has also been done. After that they are saying to submit the latest Aadhar card. Every time they are giving some new requirement.
