*2025-09-05*

No update available to fix issues, cannot connect, open or use app.

### 1/5 — So many issues 😑

*2023-06-06*

It says stores are closed even when they’re open which means you can’t order online. Then when I scanned my QR in store I didn’t get any points.

Also, I can’t pay using my phone/card like other loyalty apps. I have to deposit either $20, $50, or $100 which is so stupid.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t let me add card

*2021-10-13*

can’t use the app bc i can’t add a card and pay… nice

### 2/5 — Trying to add card

*2021-09-13*

Not letting me add a card because it says the number is already in use. Could be because crowd connect also services Presotea? Pls help :)
