It said “no fees” and the exchange rate looked really good, so I went ahead. But when my mom received the money, only 95,000 KRW arrived. They say it’s mentioned on the website that some fees may be deducted, but that wasn’t clearly shown during the transfer process — if I had known, I wouldn’t have used it. Also, my mom tried to verify herself with a photo and kept getting an error. We tried multiple times and it just wouldn’t go through. Disappointed overall.
