Won’t even let you type the authentication numbers they send you in text.  Basically zero way to access the app.   Waste of time

Just signed up and received our cards from UofU Plan. The nice booklet suggested we install the app. It asks you to verify your identity via text. Got code in text but the fields where you need to enter the code are not editable. Now just me.  Same in another members phone. Deleting the app.

THIS APP IS HORRIBLE 
It won’t show me any ANY in network or out of network providers.  Can’t send msgs to ask for help and when I call the number provided no one answers.  IM PAYING to be able to get health care and I can’t get ANYONE to help if I could rate anything lower I would.
