## What is UURC Flash Assessment?

The UURC Flash Assessment app supplements training received from the University of Utah Reading Clinic (www.uurc.utah.edu).
The app is not intended to be used by students without educator supervision.

With this app, trained educators can administer the UURC automatic word recognition assessment (called the “Flash”) using an iPad.
For more information on when and how to administer the “Flash”, please contact your UURC trainer.

### 1.0.9 — 2017-01-26

This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.

Fixed issue with crashing while saving screen shot.

Minor bug fixes.

No longer supports iOS 6 or 7.

Added email support.
Added practice page using the student's name.
Cleaned up instructions.

Will skip lists when student does very well/poor on an initial list.
Clarified when end of lists is reached with a stop sign.
Allowed tester to disable conformational word/corner counter (and remember settings for display speed as well).

Adjusted informational counter in right corner to reflect current level.

Fixed (hopefully) missing confirmational word in scoring screen.
