If the driver delivers my food fast and makes sure that everything is in the bag then I would add the tip. UBER EATS IS BETTER *2021-06-02* I’ve used to be very loyal to Uva... until I noticed that they’ve been taking longer with my order to the point that I HAD TO PERSONALLY pick up the meal because they kept assigning drivers without notifying them. They are also charging over $7 for delivery.... so charging more without improving the quality of the app and delivery. Lovely. Plus they do not answer any of their customers service outlets. Never order here. I ordered an item that can be ordered as wrap or sándwich. Store isn’t informed of the choice. Plus, I added avocado to the order ($2). The store isn’t notified and the app keeps the money. Their refunds page is offline/404, their phone line is disconnected and their chat line never responded.
