The app only works about half the time on my iPhone and the other half it gives an error message “something goes wrong” and/or the buttons don’t work. The driver also seems to never understand where you want to go from the app, which makes it difficult if you do not speak Armenian or Russian.

Карта пропадает ,и придумали какие то чаевые из за которых тариф дорожает ,чаевые должны быть на усмотрение пассажира а не принудительно 👎

Уже достали! Не имеет значение который час, пик не пик, на работу, обед или после работы, даже в 20,21,22 часа требует чаевые чтоб принять заказ! Верно сказано - а почему не 5000 или больше чаевых? Сколько уже можно? Хотите чтоб пользовались другой такси? Так и будет!

Что за чаевые? Мне что нужно взятку давать чтоб мой заказ приняли?  Значит клиенты вам не нужны. Ну а почему не 5000 или 10000 чаевых ? Давайте , сделаем.

First of all if you forget anything you’ll not get it back and the driver will not have any problem with company, there is no rules it’s just the drivers mood , and if you live far your hear complains all the way this is if he doesn’t call first to ask where are you going then ask you to cancel, if you don’t you have to wait him more thank 15 minutes to cancel and you can ask for new one . If your lucky you’ll get confirmation and a pick up after minimum 20 minutes. And the forced tip !!!!?!?!!?! 
It is just very cheap
