I am writing this message today to state I may not be present at the noted postal address within the next 6 weeks. Following telecommunication with one of your colleagues at the Student Accommodation Services, I have been made aware I do not qualify to receive my final degree 'certificates' with the Services at their customer service desk in 2N02. The said colleague has denied my request as a recent graduate of your Faculty, even though I reminded him I had paid the 'tuition fees'.

Would it be possible for your Department to facilitate the certificates being posted securely at an 'alternative valid address', such as an in-person collection at the Faculty's reception desk?
