Many of the video lectures appear outdated, with several seemingly dating back to around 2018. In addition, some lectures do not align well with the material in the book, which makes it frustrating to study when certain information mentioned in the videos is difficult to find in the text, or vice versa. Another issue is the lack of helpful customer support. When contacting the team about these concerns, the responses often feel repetitive and generic rather than directly addressing or resolving the problem. What’s most frustrating is that these issues were not present before RxPrep was integrated into UWorld. The price has increased significantly, yet the content and level of support do not seem to reflect that cost. You have to rate the video or exit out. This makes it harder to take notes through the UWorld app/ use the device (iphone/ipad) outside of the app because the video will pause, and not resume until you physically return to the video (regardless if the "Play Video in Background" toggle feature is activated or not). ### 3/5 — Got access *2023-09-12* Got access to the app ## Most praised reviews (5 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Love it! *2024-07-07* I love that I can practice and learn on the go while I’m on break at work or just whenever I can take 10 minutes to do a quick quiz. ### 5/5 — Working Flawlessly *2023-03-29* I was able to sign in with my UWorld account and even use FaceID to sign in. The practice exams are really nice to use on the iPhone and reviewing them is simple. Video lectures are easy to navigate and jump from section to section. Haven’t utilized the flash cards and notebooks though ### 4/5 — Overall seems to work well, but one suggestion. *2024-04-16* Please add the ability to skip forward and backward ~10 seconds in the videos. Having to use the progress bar at the bottom is clunky and wildly inaccurate.
