This app really is awful. Its unfortunate my salon uses it. Because it genuinely is a pain in the butt. You have to always close the app out if you want to go back into it, or else it won’t work. It glitches 98% of the time, and won’t populate reports correctly unless you log off and log back in.

This app is so freaking awful literally everyone in my salon hates it so much. It’s extremely glitchy and slow. Every time I open it I have to close out of the app if I didn’t before or it won’t work. It won’t pull up client profiles so I have to have their phone numbers saved and retype in EVERYTHING if I want to book off my phone. Swiping on the tablet with this app is a freaking nightmare and embarrassing bc one appointment booking that should take a minute will take ten bc it’s so freaking glitchy and slow. Also why have to go through 5 minute increments if you can only have appointments at the 15 minute marks? That’s three extra clicks when adjusting time if you wanna change the appointment to 12:45 to 12:30. IF YOU ARE A SALON OWNER DO NOT GET THIS SYSTEM. There’s so much more i could say but we all genuinely hate this stupid app so freaking much.

The system is great when it works. But it only works 2% of the time. A customer will book an appointment online then we will have someone call to make an appointment and the one who made one online at 1o clock won’t show up on the app so the customer on the phone asks for 1 o clock and we’ll put them in at the same time and then we’re double booking ourselves. Another issue we’ve been having is customers will go on there looking for a specific stylist and it’ll say that they’re booked for that day or booked till a specific time. Luckily our customers will call the salon to confirm that the stylist is booked for the day and the stylist is not actually booked and is able to take the customer in. This is terrible for a stylist because then we start to loose customers. These issues have been brought to Growthzilla’s attention for weeks now and they have still yet to fix it. Might be time to start looking into other systems.

This app has too many glitches and imperfections to go over them all. The main problem is it doesn’t reload or refresh. You have to close the app all the way out (from running in the background and all) and open it and then wait roughly 45 seconds for it to load. Calling it extremely non user friendly is a huge understatement. We used Resurva at my shop prior to the pandemic... and wish we could of stayed with them. This company could take a few lessons from Resurva and try to incorporate better technology and accessibility. I do not recommend this app to anyone who values time and efficiency when booking appointments.
