I love the drivers, however for the past 2-3 weeks it’s been slow. I’m not sure if they fired people or what. It should be no reason why I schedule a ride and the person is coming almost 30 minutes after. After waiting for more than an hour, I contacted customer support who told me that they would text me when a driver was available. Never showed up. $50 for an Uber is unacceptable. The best thing to happen for seniors with difficulty getting to appointments, doctors offices, etc. ### 3/5 — After the fare change, the app no longer lets me do rides inside Chesterfield county. *2026-01-02* I’m not even sure if this is just a glitch on my end or if the app is broken, but after the fare change to rides in Chesterfield from $6 to $10 and rides outside from $6 to $15, I can no longer access the now $10 rides. I did what they said to change the organization and apply for the new program, but even though it’s not at passed January 2nd, I can’t select which program to use and it automatically sends me to the $15 one! It even said that the new program CANNOT schedule or cancel rides within the app, even though the email I received said it could. I like this app way better than Roundtrip, but I’ve tried everything I can and it will not let me chose the correct fare. It’s made the app somewhat unusable. It’s more convenient. It’s more quicker faster, reliable they always on time they get me where I need to go without it being an issue. This is the best part of having the mobility.
