I found this application really cool. It was a bit buggy in that the calendar did not populate regularly, and I would also be looking at a screen and it would disappear. On the hole, the coaching was very helpful and I especially love it’s integration with my health metrics like and heart rate very well. It did a great job of adjusting to me as I changed, but in the end, I did not find it useful enough to spend money, especially since it was so buggy.
